Mr. Pratik Shah, (FCA, LLB, B.Com, FAFD (ICAI)) (Membership No.: 140535)

Mr. Pratik Shah is a fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having a rich experience of Eleven (11) year in this field of profession. He has worked for 2 years with leading project funding company namely True Value Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd after completing his chartered accountancy. After that he started with his own firm namely Pratik A Shah & Co. He has attained a high level of professional efficiency and specialized knowledge in the fields of Income Tax, Corporate Audits, Bank Audits, Company Law, Liquidator matter and other allied matters in the Accounting Profession. He has attended several local and national conferences and seminars relating to professional development relating to his areas of interest.. He had done many assignments related to Bank Statutory Audit, , Liquidator assignment regarding state of affairs of company, Insurance Company audit. Right now he is working on his Training of SAP FICO module. List of assignments are attached as per Annexure A.

Mrs. Surbhi Parakh, (FCA, B. Com, DISA (ICAI)) (Membership No.: 423604)

Mrs. Surbhi Parakh is the Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having a professional experience of 9 years in the practicing field. She has undertaken various professional assignments in the field of Indirect Taxation and GST Audits. Her main area of working is Audits under CGST Act and Refund procedures under the same. Also she looks after Incorporation of company, Consultancy on Company Law matters, Filing of annual returns and various forms, documents etc

Mr. Hemil Pancal (ACA, Bcom) (US CPA)
Mr. Hemil has an experience of over 5 years in the feild of Auditing and Statutory Compliances of the government. In October 2020 he has cleared US CPA and after that started taking assignments of USA. In major area of work is in Audit & Assurance
